there is 2 main things
1 experience in managing people , i had my own buisness an 2 workers.i was doing all paper work on my own. during this period i was asked to organise few bonding parties for companies: few small (i orgenised accomodation(nice place) during the day we provided games everything to integrate (climbing wall rope bridge bow sooting
2.my computer skills - programming is my hobby-i know sap everywhere i have access i created few layouts which improved work on our section(layouts displaying sheet metal so we can prepare h-frames or layout displaying only items to consolidate -layout for trailers in b building fewthats only layouts in warehouse task
i created it not to use ship to display which is very slow. all computers i had i had built on my own.
